Diseases transmitted by mosquitoes are called mosquito-borne infectious diseases, including more than 80 kinds of diseases such as malaria, Japanese encephalitis, dengue fever, filariasis, etc. The more common ones are mainly as follows: Malaria: also called "playing pendulum", It is a serious infectious disease, which is transmitted by mosquitoes carrying plasmodium. Epidemic encephalitis B: After a mosquito carrying Japanese encephalitis virus bites the human body, the virus first continuously multiplies in local cells and lymph nodes, and continuously invades the blood. When the amount of virus invades, the virulence is strong, and the patient's own immune function is insufficient, the virus multiplies in large quantities and spreads throughout the body through the blood stream, causing central nervous system infection, resulting in respiratory failure, leading to respiratory arrest and death. The main symptoms of encephalitis B are: high fever, headache, vomiting 'severe coma, disturbance of consciousness, convulsions and respiratory failure. This disease has a rapid onset, rapid development, and a critical condition. If the rescue is not timely, it will be fatal or leave sequelae and affect intelligence.

Dengue fever: transmitted by Aedes mosquitoes, mainly prevalent in Southeast Asia, China's Hainan and southern coastal areas are also often affected. Its manifestations include protrusion fever, headache, systemic muscle and joint soreness, extreme fatigue, bleeding from the gums, nasal cavity or digestive tract, and rash and enlarged lymph nodes. The word dengue comes from Spanish and means to pretend. It describes the gait of the acute stage of the disease due to joint pain. Severe cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever may be accompanied by severe symptoms such as bleeding and shock, with a high mortality rate.

Speaking of the harm of mosquitoes, we all know that mosquitoes bite people and suck blood, disturb people, affect people's rest and sleep, thus affecting the quality of life and work; because there are several chemical substances in mosquito saliva, it can make the skin red, swollen and itchy, and even cause secondary infection. Through bites, mosquitoes can also spread a variety of diseases, which are important media for epidemic encephalitis B, dengue fever and other diseases.
