The project is grounded in the traditional chicken embryo cell culture technology for influenza virus, which has been widely applied and recognized in the market. Key core processes are optimized and improved, and the strict control over the manufacturing process is exercised, effectively reducing the process-related impurities. The active ingredient content is four times that of ordinary seasonal influenza vaccines. It is employed to prevent the influenza caused by specific strains in the elderly population, effectively overcoming the problem of poor immunogenicity of ordinary seasonal influenza vaccines in the elderly, and significantly enhancing the antibody levels of vaccinees.
